Product Warranty
All versions of NecroRam have a warranty expressed as where if the part is broken inside your marker, contact us for a replacement.
All warranties are offered through NecroPB.com. All warranty claims MUST go through NecroPB.com, and be approved. Contact us at chris @ uiproductions.com.
Depending on the nature of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Products which are damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned (to us) will not be granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered under warranty—apart from shipping fees. Customers requesting warranty service are responsible for ALL shipping fees of serviced products (both "to" & "from" us).
NecroPB.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective product. Please read the “Abuse, Misuse, and/or Installation” section below for further details.
Abuse, Misuse, and/or Installation Error
NecroPB.com guarantees that most products we carry are covered against manufacturer defects for a year. However, neither NecroPB.com nor any product manufacturer will warranty products against abuse, misuse, and/or installation error.
NecroPB.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, not replacing all parts included with NecroRam kits (IE: Leaving stock spring intact), over pressurizing LPR Regulators, not balancing regulators correctly. NecroPB.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend following instructions. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a NecroPB.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, NecroPB.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NecroPB.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, NecroPB.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by NecroPB.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
